Chef Mike Butler

Executive Sous Chef

Delaware North: Met Life Stadium

Chef Mike Butler is a David Burke Alum – and has worked at Fromagerie (now Red Horse by David Burke – Rumson), David Burke Townhouse and other locations.  Mike attended Culinary School in New York and furthered his education working for Celebrity Chefs including Burke, Danny Meyer, Tom Colicchio and Jean-George. Committed to learning and teaching, Mike has furthered his culinary knowledge in CIA’s PRO CHEF program, “investing a lot of time and resources into culinary education and development, it’s my job as a chef to keep learning and showing peers who come after me what’s possible,” said Butler, who joined Delaware North as a sous chef at MetLife Stadium, home of the New York Jets and the New York Giants, and has since been promoted to executive sous chef.

Chef Burke is excited for this competition and curious to see what new tricks Chef Mike has up his sleeves!
